The Brief

A family home in North London had an ageing boiler that was becoming unreliable and less efficient with age. What We Did

• Commissioned and tested: Filled, pressurised and flushed the system, then thoroughly tested all controls, thermostats and safety devices to confirm everything worked correctly.
• Registered the warranty and handed over: Registered the manufacturer warranty, issued the paperwork, and showed the homeowners how to operate their new boiler with confidence.

A modern, reliable heating system with tidy pipework and a system filter fitted to keep it running cleanly for years to come. The new boiler delivers consistent warmth and hot water at a high efficiency rating, and the homeowners have peace of mind with a registered manufacturer warranty and work carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
